We are currently seeking the donation of a new standing freezer to replace our old unit, which unfortunately gave out last week.
While it might seem like a standard kitchen appliance, our freezer actually serves a crucial educational purpose in the garden ecosystem. It allows us to safely store heirloom seeds and preserve unique food harvested straight from our heritage plots—such agave, corn, and fresh citrus juice. These preserved ingredients are vital for our ongoing public educational presentations and workshops.
